Returns and Warranty Information
Here at BundleBums, it is my mission to provide my customers with a large range of high quality products for multiple brands. The labels we stock have varying warranties and return policies. However, your warranty is VOID if you don’t follow the brand specific washing instructions.

Faulty products:
I check all products before I post them to their new homes, but in the event that I miss something, or an item doesn’t meet your expectations then please contact me as soon as you notice a problem. I will then work with the label to find the best solution based on your situation. Please note that depending on the issue and the brand, the outcome will vary (educational information, replacement, repair, refund, exchange, etc.).
Wrong products:
If I have sent you the wrong product, thank you for letting me know! Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Once I have received your unused and unwashed product, I will be happy to refund or exchange. Postage costs of any replacement items will be covered by BundleBums (original postage cost will not be refunded).
